Welcome to CricLens (criclens.co.in). By accessing our website, joining our waitlist, or using the CricLens mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering your phone number or email for CricLens waitlist access, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parent/guardian consent) and possess legal authority to enter into this agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Early Access & Waitlist Passes

Waitlist passes (`#CRIC-XXXX`) are non-transferable promotional access tokens. Joining the waitlist guarantees priority notification upon product launch but does not constitute a financial contract or binding purchase obligation.

3. Nature of AI Analytics Disclaimer

CricLens utilizes spatial computer vision algorithms to estimate cricket bowling metrics including release speed (km/h), swing angle degrees, and 3D trajectory. While algorithms are optimized for high accuracy (up to 98%), measurements are estimates intended for performance tracking, practice, and entertainment. They do not replace official ICC match officiating hardware.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos (including CricLens mark concepts), graphics, spatial tracking UI designs, and codebase are the exclusive intellectual property of CricLens. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999 of India.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to submit fraudulent mobile numbers, perform automated bot scraping, or attempt unauthorized disruption of our servers. We reserve the right to revoke waitlist access for violations.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
